Consumers coming around on housing

Seventy percent of respondents in Fannie Mae’s most recent National Housing Survey said now is a good time to buy a home, indicating significant improvement in consumer confidence. Fannie Mae is still projecting a return to “normal” housing start levels by the end of 2016 at the earliest.
