Realtor.com profiles Victory at Verrado, developed by DMB Associates in Buckeye, Ariz., which developers describe as “an age-qualified neighborhood within a vibrant small town.”
Instead of the isolated senior communities popular with previous generations of retirees, Verrado is “a planned community with a Main Street and shops and homes that range from affordable to luxury, condos to single-family,” Realtor.com reports.
The developers spent a long time polling boomers to see what they’re looking for in a retirement community. Victory at Verrado is a product of those surveys.
