A survey conducted by the NAHB shows that builders and developers are reporting easing in credit conditions for acquisition, development, and construction (AD&C) loans.
The survey found less than 7 percent of respondents reporting credit conditions worsening in the fourth quarter, and only 6 percent said credit available for land development was worse during the fourth quarter of 2014.
