Online listing service Zillow predicts Millennials will outpass Gen X as the largest group of home buyers this year, USA Today reports.
“More than half of 18- to 34-year-olds said they plan to buy a house in the next one to five years,” a survey by Zillow found out last summer. According to analysts, the biggest hurdle for Millennial homebuyers may be the learning curve that comes with understanding the process.
