Houston’s real estate legends gathered around for a lunch hosted by the Houstonian and talked about what may come next for the city’s housing market.
They have concerns about the number of people moving out of the city, and some additional concerns were voiced about increased vacancy rates for condos. “If there was a theme for the afternoon,” The Houstonian reports, “it was this: everything is gonna be okay.”
