The Aerotech oven monitors cooking conditions through a microprocessor and electronic controls rather than a traditional thermostat. Features include 13 shelf positions, 10 cooking modes and a convection system designed to produce more evenly cooked foods in less time. The oven has a 3.5-cubic-foot capacity, a brushed stainless steel surface, cast- aluminum chrome knobs and quilted corners.
