A device called The Oasys helps homeowners visualize how much water is used in real time, Fast Company Exist reports.
The device can also be used to compare water usage in what period of time with another, as well as comparing water usage with neighbors.
"What we've seen is that it becomes a bit of a game," Daniel Martin, head of business strategy for the Barcelona-based startup, told Fast Company. "Especially in houses where there are kids. The different people in the house really take it as a challenge."
