Havwoods International, the British-based hardwood flooring company that recently entered the North American market, has introduced a new wood flooring product that measures up to 13 feet long and 18 inches wide.
Ideal for both residential and commercial projects, the Hand Grade Collection is a pre-finished, engineered board with triple-layer construction, including a nominal 6-millimeter wear layer of European oak and a European oak base.
“Havwoods is reinventing engineered oak floor with a choice of eight sensational shades for the Hand Grade Collection,” the company says. “Three of these shades offer a contemporary style while the remainder display the unique characteristics of a time-worn floor. All of the choices are sustainable as the collection has earned FSC and Cradle to Cradle (Bronze) certifications.”
The new product is finished with a hardwax oil and can be used over radiant heating.
