A new report from CoreLogic says home prices increased 5.7 percent year-over-year in January, Cheat Sheet reports.
Based on current trends, CoreLogic projects a 5.3 percent increase this year. President and CEO of CoreLogic Anand Nallathambi tells Cheat Sheet that limited inventory is a big factor in driving up prices.
