The NAR reports that many GSE loan limits will rise for 2015, which many experts say is important in a tight credit environment.
The limits are keeping up with price increases that come along with an improving market, otherwise many credit worthy borrowers would have no outlet for financing and purchasing a home. The increases vary by county. For example Boston will have the largest limit increase – 10 percent of the current limit, or $47,150, adding up to $603,750.
