Housing data for construction activity in November indicate builder confidence remains positive, the NAHB reports.
The pace of total November housing starts was down slightly – by 1.6 percent – from an upwardly revised October number. But the NAHB further notes that there are improvements elsewhere, such as total housing starts recording a post-recession high on a three-month moving average basis, reaching above a one million annual rate for three consecutive months.
