The Wall Street Journal showcases some designer ingenuity from around the world: designers that fulfilled clients’ requests for see-through bath tubs.
One designer in Boston was commissioned to create a glass bathtub for the children’s bathroom, as a playful novelty. Another designer based in California was inspired by the views of cliffs over the Pacific Ocean that a client has from the bathroom.
“It’s the million-dollar view,” Anne Fougeron, the designer and architect, told The Wall Street Journal. “You sit in the tub and there’s nothing in your way.”
