According to the Orange County Register, the Chinese home builder Landsea moved its U.S. headquarters from Pasadena to Irvine earlier this year, and has started its fifth development in the nation.
The site of the new development is in Lake Forest, which the company acquired 95.5-acres of in an undisclosed transaction. The deal included an approval to build up to 569 homes.
