The Horizon LED downlight fixture from Kichler sits nearly flush with the ceiling, extending just ½ inch, which helps to minimize air leaks. The recessed LED array provides even light distribution without hot spots. Made of die-cast aluminum with a powder-coated white finish, Horizon is designed to snap into a metal or PVC 4-inch octagon or 4-inch square (2 1/8-inch minimum depth) ceiling junction box. This makes the fixture faster to install, offering greater flexibility with regard to placement near pipes, ductwork, and soffits.
