The FingerSaver ruler has a steel edge and a nonskid base for greater control and more accurate cuts. The edge resists warping, the company says, and a curved, aluminum guard prevents the knife from cutting the user’s fingers. The ruler is offered in multiple lengths from 28 to 100 inches and can be customized for any specification up to 13 feet. A steel measuring tape that slides in and out allows measurement of objects longer than the ruler.
