Quality, precut homes are manufactured on a custom basis. Firm uses kiln-dried laminated cedar timbers with modern precision-machined interlocking joints. The orientation of wood fiber in the laminated timbers creates a piece 50-70% stronger than solid sawn lumber of the same dimension. The moisture content is lower than kiln-dried framing lumber and the timber is therefore more stable
