Master Lock recently introduced its new Vault Enterprise Bluetooth lock system for managing access to project sites.
Introduced at the at the 2019 International Builders’ Show, Vault Enterprise products allow subcontractors, project managers, realtors, and others to access jobsites, properties, and equipment using their smartphones as keys. A web interface makes it simple to grant and manage access and tracks when locks are used. Authorized personnel open Vault Enterprise-connected products through a mobile smartphone app.
“Many individuals require access to new home construction sites, equipment, and properties, which creates security and operational headaches for builders,” said Rebecca Smith, vice president of marketing for Master Lock. “Master Lock Vault Enterprise solves these challenges by turning your smartphone into the key and allowing builders to manage access to many locks and many users in real time.”
Bluetooth-enabled devices in the Vault Enterprise portfolio include portable and wall-mounted lock boxes and outdoor and indoor padlocks.
