According to MarketWatch, home prices picked up in October, and 27 states are on track to hit or even pass peak levels of the bubble-era by mid-2015.
The rate of which home prices in October increased year-over-year is the fastest since July. Record-high home prices were posted in Colorado, Louisiana, Nebraska, New York, North Dakota, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, and Wyoming.
