The 2023 International Builders' Show: It's Essential!
The National Association of Home Builders’ International Builders’ Show (IBS) will be bigger and better than ever when we return to Las Vegas Jan. 31 to Feb. 2, 2023. You can register now at buildersshow.com.
We call IBS the Essential Industry Experience, bringing together professionals from all facets of the housing industry in one place. It's the best opportunity of the year to network, see new products, and take advantage of educational sessions to build better homes and a better business.
The newly expanded Las Vegas Convention Center is home base for IBS. The West Hall expansion brings the overall exhibit space to approximately 2.5 million square feet, creating one of the largest convention and meeting facilities in the world.

Two Great Shows, One Amazing Week
This year IBS will again colocate with KBIS, the National Kitchen & Bath Association’s Kitchen & Bath Industry Show, for the 10th year of Design & Construction Week (DCW), the premier event that connects the entire home building industry. With an anticipated 85,000-plus attendees expected to visit the more than 1,300 exhibitors, it’s the largest annual gathering of the residential design and construction industry in the world ... and it's your opportunity to connect like never before.
But it doesn’t stop there. This year, registrants can attend a third industry show at the same place and time. Your IBS registration will give you access to the exhibit floor of the National Hardware Show, also in the Las Vegas Convention Center.
Your IBS badge gives you access to the exhibit floors for all three shows.
A lot has changed since we were last in Las Vegas, including the newly expanded convention center and the Tesla-powered underground tunnel system that transports attendees between the convention halls and across the 200-acre campus in less than 2 minutes.
Latest Trends, Newest Products
Nothing compares to the IBS exhibit floor, where knowledgeable company representatives showcase the hottest new trends in products and services from top manufacturers and suppliers from across the country and around the world. IBS exhibitors launch hundreds of new products and services each year. If it goes into constructing a home, you’ll find it on the IBS show floor. (And to see the most forward-thinking design ideas and innovative new products, be sure to also take a look at the 2023 IBS show home, The New American Home.)
New to IBS in Las Vegas are the New Product Zone; the Startup Zone, a showcase of dynamic new companies; and the Jobsite Safety Zone, featuring products, technologies, and techniques to make your jobsites and workplace safer. You’ll also find invaluable networking opportunities at the IBS Centrals. Explore new ideas, refine skills, and gain insights into your specific niche in the building industry, whether that’s 55-plus, custom building, design, multifamily, remodeling, or sales.
Networking and Educational Opportunities for a Better Business
The networking continues with women leaders at the Professional Women in Building headquarters, as well as Young Professionals, the Building Systems Community, and the NAHB 20 Clubs, where builders, remodelers, and other professionals share their wisdom and advice on how to make the most of IBS and NAHB to improve your business.
The shifting market also makes education more important than ever, and IBS features over 100 educational sessions, all taught by top experts in the industry. If you register for an Expo+Education Pass, you’ll get three-day access to all of the DCW educational sessions and three-day entry to all three exhibit floors.
It’s going to be a remarkable experience, starting with an opening ceremony featuring the country’s leading advocate for skilled trades, popular TV host Mike Rowe. And don’t miss the outdoor exhibits, including Pro Builder Show Village, featuring five homes that you can self-tour and how-to construction demonstrations. I also encourage you to see the workforce of the future compete in the IBS Student Competition.
And then there are the parties! The Official IBS House Party, the IBS Young Pro Party, and the DCW Closing Concert are all perfect opportunities to enjoy some downtime in Las Vegas. Whatever your profession or career stage, IBS is an invaluable opportunity to build your network and your business.
IBS is back in Vegas, and it’s going to be amazing!
