DCW OPENING CEREMONIES FEATURING DAVID SPADE

Emmy and Golden Globe-nominated actor and comedian David Spade, best known for his iconic roles on NBC’s “Saturday Night Live” and the hit sitcom “Just Shoot Me,” is the keynote speaker at the Design & Construction Week (DCW) Opening Ceremonies. Spade’s successful career spans film, television and stand-up comedy.

The DCW Opening Ceremonies take place 8 – 9 a.m., Tuesday, Feb. 25, at the Westgate, Paradise Event Center on the lobby level. The event is open to all registered attendees. Doors open at 7 a.m. Limited general seating is available on a first-come, first-served basis. The exhibition floor opens just as the Opening Ceremonies end.

IBS HOUSE PARTY

The IBS House Party is the largest official networking event at the Builders’ Show and is an unbeatable way to kick off your time at the Show! We’re taking over Brooklyn Bowl from 6:30 – 8:30 p.m. Tuesday so you can socialize, reunite with long-time friends and forge new friendships and business relationships. Enjoy live music while bowling or enjoying the indoor and outdoor spaces of this fun venue.

Tickets for the IBS House Party are $75 each and include appetizers and a two-hour open bar. Tickets may be purchased online by adding them to your IBS registration.

IBS YOUNG PRO PARTY

Head to the hottest networking event exclusively for residential construction professionals under age 40 at Ole Red. Unplug with live entertainment as we rock three floors of Ole Red with live music and a chance to catch up with old friends. Happening after Show hours Wednesday, Feb. 26, it’s a great way to keep the momentum going as you socialize and connect.

Must be 21+ years with a government issued ID to enter. Tickets for the IBS Young Pro Party are $55 if purchased in advance and include appetizers and a three-hour open bar. Tickets may be purchased online by adding them to your IBS registration. On-site tickets (while supplies last) are $75 each.

IBS CLOSING CONCERT FEATURING CHRIS JANSON

Finish IBS with a private concert by Grand Ole Opry member and multi-platinum singer and songwriter Chris Janson. Janson is part of the new breed of country music with his No. 1 hits “Fix A Drink,” “Good Vibes,” and the four-time Platinum “Buy Me A Boat.”

The IBS Closing Concert is a fan favorite at the Builders’ Show year after year. It takes place 5 – 7:30 p.m., Thursday, Feb. 27, after the expo closes, at the Westgate, Paradise Event Center, lobby level. Doors open at 5 p.m. Janson takes the stage at 6 p.m. Tickets are required for this event. They are $65 each. This event sells out, so get your ticket now.
