Do you know where you’re going to be in late February 2025? Your competition does. They’ll be attending the International Builders’ Show (IBS) in Las Vegas.

IBS is the highlight of the home building industry calendar and is the largest annual residential construction show in the world. This year’s show, from Feb. 25-27, 2025, at the Las Vegas Convention Center, is again expected to draw tens of thousands of attendees from around the globe.

The Builders’ Show is not only a big deal within our industry, it also sets the bar for trade shows across all industries. We bring together the best of the best, from product manufacturers and suppliers to designers and builders, and our show is planned by some of the most talented trade show experts in the field. Each year, the National Association of Home Builders’ team makes sure IBS showcases the latest trends in trade show experience as well as home building best practices. And, for the 12th year in a row, IBS will be co-locating with the National Kitchen & Bath Association’s Kitchen & Bath Industry Show (KBIS) for what’s now called Design & Construction Week.

Exhibits, Education, Entertainment—and More

Thousands of companies come together at IBS, with exhibits spread over more than a million square feet encompassing three halls of the convention center. One of the most popular changes we made at IBS 2024, and will continue for 2025, was segmenting the exhibit floor by interest area, such as construction tools and equipment, windows and doors, and HVAC systems. Now you can make the most of your time at the show by picking what’s most important to you and your business and fully immersing yourself in learning and exploring without worrying you’ll miss something.

Beyond the exhibit halls, IBS Education sessions are a big reason why so many attendees return year after year. With formats to fit all learning types, you’re guaranteed to take home knowledge that will push your business forward. And if your top session conflicts with something else on your schedule, you may get lucky and find that an encore session will be hosted on the last day of the show.
