Bath refinishing manufacturer NAPCO has introduced the Kitchen Renew line of refinishing products for countertops and cabinets.

Part of the new NAPCO Essentials Collection Kitchen Renew includes three environmentally-friendly waterborne refinishing products for kitchen cabinets and countertops. The products require no thinner, catalyst, or mixing, making them a time-saving option for contractors, the company says. Countertop products can be sprayed wet-over-wet and do not need leveling.

The line is the Skokie, Ill.-based company’s first entrance into the kitchen refinishing world. The company previously focused on bathroom refinishing products.

“One of the main reasons that we are branching out into kitchen refinishing is because of our loyal customers,” says Steve Coven, owner and CEO of NAPCO. “The recent gains in overall spending in the home remodeling industry indicate that quality refinishing services are going to be in higher demand. With our contractor training program and new “NAPCO Essentials” line, we can support contractors and our customers can capitalize on this trend by offering whole-home solutions to their clients.”

The countertop coating comes in a clear satin finish, and cabinet coatings options include satin or white finishes that can be tinted to create a variety of colors. All Kitchen Renew cabinet coatings meet or exceed Kitchen Cabinet Manufacturers Association specifications.
