Napoleon Has Introduced a Linear Fireplace That Eliminates Need for Safety Screen
Hearth Maker Napoleon says its new Luxuria Linear Series fireplace is a sleek contemporary unit that also boasts and “industry-unique” Dynamic Heat Control and Glass Guard Systems.
“To put it another way, the only thing to stand between you and the show-stopping flames of a six-foot-long fireplace is clear glass — that’s safe to touch,” the company says.
“We know from research that homeowners associate positive emotions with fireplaces, and that they want them in a variety of rooms,” says Stephen Schroeter, senior vice-president of sales and marketing for Napoleon. “This is why we’re so excited about the new linear series; its benefits expand how, when, and where fireplaces can be appreciated.”
The Dynamic Heat Control and Glass Guard Systems come standard on every Luxuria Linear Series fireplace, the company says. As a result, heat can be redirected from the fireplace opening, eliminating the need for a safety screen.
“With the ability to redirect heat from the fireplace to other areas of the home, or even outside, homeowners can enjoy the ambiance of the fireplace year-round while maintaining a comfortable temperature,” the company says.
What’s more, with the safety screen gone, home owners can appreciate the fire from a single clear pane of glass that remains safe to touch. “Not only does the glass look beautiful, but its cool-to-the-touch feel allows families with small children or pets to rest easy knowing little hands, or paws, won’t get burned,” Napoleon adds.
Available in natural gas or propane, it comes in four sizes from 38 to 74 inches long, and in single sided or See Thru configurations.
