The largest share of homeowners nationwide in 2014 fell within the age bracket of 45-54 years old, say research economists at the National Association of Realtors.
After diving deep into results from the American Community Survey 2014, the NAR discovered many trends beyond age group that make up the profile of today’s homeowners and renters. They also found trends specific to certain metro areas.
