No matter the configuration, ranges in the 60-inch Pro Grand Collection from Thermador are big. Two interior choices include the Ultimate Entertainer’s Center, which offers a 36-inch convection oven next to a smaller 30-inch convection oven, and the Ultimate Culinary Center, which contains a convection oven and a steam/convection combination oven, as well as a warming drawer. The two surface configurations include the 24-inch dual-zone griddle, which has a smooth, scratch-resistant surface, and a 12-inch griddle alongside a Professional Grill. Each Pro Grand range has six burners, including a 22,000 Btu power burner. Four of the burners have an ExtraLow simmering feature.
