Developers are finding that luxury condo buyers in New York City are demanding spacious master-suite closets, according to the New York Times.
The dressing rooms often feature windows, shoe counters, and multiple entrances. Buyers are even willing to sacrifice bedroom space to make room for the walk-ins, which can range from around 100 to 200 square feet.
