A study conducted by the NAHB found that credit conditions for acquisition, development, and construction loans have eased.
According to 30.3 percent of the survey’s respondents, overall lending standards on AD&C loan availability had eased in the third quarter of 2015.
Reflecting this trend, a recent report from the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation indicated that the volume of AD&C debt is expanding.
