Thermal Insulated Sheathing by LP Structural Solutions

LP NovaCore Thermal Insulated Sheathing is the most recent addition to LP Structural Solutions’ products portfolio. The sheathing features a continuous extruded polystyrene foam layer between indoor spaces and the outdoor elements, delivering a higher R-value than standard sheathing, the company says. The panel’s dual-layered design is engineered to minimize thermal bridging and energy loss, making a home’s structural shell more energy- and cost-efficient. 3D Exterior Wall Panels From StoCorp.

StoPanel 3DP, StoCorp.’s new three-dimensional prefabricated panelized wall system, integrates all of the necessary building envelope components with fully customizable 3D-printed shapes for the façade. Large format (panels are available in sizes up to 10 feet by 25 feet) and lightweight, the panels are manufactured using Branch Technology’s Cellular Fabrication (C-Fab) 3D printing technology and feature its CompositeCore, a digitally manufactured carbon fiber polymer matrix filled with insulating foam that is then robotically milled to virtually any desired shape. As more states continue to prohibit the use of HFC (hydrofluorocarbon) blowing agents in spray polyurethane foam insulation, ultra-low global warming potential (GWP) alternatives are gaining popularity.
