A Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate survey found that unlike Millennials, members of the Cyber Generation that think they’ll be homeowners far outnumber those who don’t.

CNBC reports that the survey was conducted online, a joint effort of Better Homes and Wakefield Research. An email invitation and an online survey sent to 1,000 U.S. teenagers aged 13 to 17 was sent out in July. Additionally, the 97 percent of respondents who said they’ll be homeowners in the future accurately identified the average price of a home at $274,323. Real estate analysts say that this is a good sign for the future of the housing industry.
