David Weekley Homes signs have been sprouting up on a mix of single lots and subdivisions around the Chicago area, Chicago Business reports.
It’s been a little over a year since David Weekley, a Texas home builder, rode into the Chicago market. Most recently, Weekley bought 10 lots in Wilmette, Northbrook, Deerfield, and Highland Park, planning homes priced between $1 million and $1.3 million.
