Based on economic health, housing, cost of living, local amenities, and more, Realtor.com and Money Magazine ranked the 50 best cities to live in the U.S.

Restricted to cities with populations of 50,000 or more, the resulting cities are mostly suburban, offering larger homes, lots, and stellar public schools. Realtor.com chief economist Danielle Hale explains, "For someone who’s starting from scratch, this is a list of areas with great quality of life, healthy housing markets where affordability is important, and great overall community." The top 10 are spread out across the nation, with each region represented. Frisco, Texas took the number one spot.
