The RL-H3C fully automatic, self-leveling laser is designed for elevation and machine control applications. It has a rotation speed of 600 rpm and is accurate within 15 arc seconds, Topcon says. The dustproof, waterproof unit has automatic shutoff in case the laser is bumped. An LS-70C receiver is included.
