DuPont’s new Tyvek Protec provides a secondary water barrier on steep-slope roofs (2:12 or higher), under tile, metal, cedar, slate, or asphalt shingle. It lies flat and wrinkle-free for easy walkability and grip underfoot and is easy to chalk, offers UV resistance, and can be installed in dry, wet, hot, or cold environments. Available in three product grades: Tyvek Protec 120, Tyvek Protec 160, and Tyvek Protec 200.
