Prior to joining the Well Living Lab, Spurrier served as founding Director of Mayo Clinic’s Center for Innovation (CFI), responsible to build innovation from the ground up, with a mission to transform the delivery and experience of health and health care and advance a competency of innovation across Mayo Clinic. Spurrier holds a B.A. in Economics from St. Olaf College and an M.H.A. from the University of Minnesota. She is an adjunct faculty member at the University of Minnesota, where she developed and teaches a course in innovation.
