Wine storage manufacturer Vinotemp has developed a new vault cabinet that allows homeowners and collectors to store as much as 368 bottles—or 30 cases.
“The Wine Vault’s unmatched ability to properly store and easily access 30 cases of wine is testament to Vinotemp’s dedication to providing the most unique solutions for long-term wine storage in the industry,” says India Hynes, CEO of Vinotemp. “We’re thrilled to add the Wine Vault to our wine cabinet offering because its sophisticated design aesthetic makes it simple for wine connoisseurs to integrate ample, long-term wine storage into nearly any living space.”
Vinotemp says the vault is equipped with a Wine-Mate 1500CD self-contained compact wine cooling system, keeping bottles in a stable temperature between 50 and 65 degrees Farenheit. A humidity control system maintains ideal humidity levels (between 50 to 75 percent relative humidity. It also offers digital temperature and humidity control, audible and visual alarms, and warm white LED light.
The Wine Vault features cherry wood construction and a light gray exterior finish. Other details include insulated doors, a vapor barrier, stainless steel pull handles and security locks, and unstained (to provide the best environment for wine), all-wood interlock shelves. Standard 3 5/8-inch cubicles accommodate most wine bottles (including champagne).
Measuring 48¾ inches wide, 29 inches deep, and 83½ inches tall, the vault can be built into a niche to provide a seamless appearance.
