Concierge trash butler and recycling services are among the most desired green amenities. Others include electric car charging stations, smart tech features such as lighting controls via smartphone, and energy efficient appliances.
Electric car charging stations may become especially prized this decade. More than 35,000 new electric cars are expected to be sold in 2020, and that number is expected to jump to more than 1.1 million vehicles by 2025.
