Zillow Market Trends says that U.S. home values will rise 4.4 percent in 2015, and rental affordability will not improve for at least two years.
Rental prices continues to rise because demand is outstripping supply. Vacancy rates on rental units were down to 7 percent in the fourth quarter of 2014, which is the lowest in more than 20 years.
