To help address water scarcity, the ReFlow sink by Minarc is designed to reuse gray water from hand-washing to fill the adjacent toilet tank, conserving potable water. Sink water flows over a rubber sheet made of recycled  content to a drain that empties directly into the toilet tank.

Sonoma Forge’s Sans Hands hands-free faucet

The Sans Hands sensor faucet from Sonoma Forge uses a low-voltage current with an electromagnetic field rather than visible infrared sensors. The faucet is activated when a user breaks the electro-magnetic field near the faucet, starting the water flow and then stopping it when the user moves away.
