According to RealtyTimes, there are more reasons than ever for choosing older homes over new construction.
In August 2014, the median sales price of new homes sold was $56,000 more expensive than the older home’s median price of $219,000, making price the biggest reason why more buyers are choosing existing homes. But, there are plenty of others.
