Impact Water Products, founded in 2014 and headquartered in Ontario, Calif., specializes in manufacturing and distributing water treatment equipment for both residential and commercial use. With a reputation for providing effective water treatment solutions, Impact Water Products has established itself as a leader in the industry.

This acquisition aligns with A.O. Smith's commitment to delivering innovative, high-quality water treatment solutions. By integrating Impact Water Products into its portfolio, A.O. Smith aims to leverage its expertise and resources to expand its reach into previously untapped markets.

Under the terms of the acquisition, the current management team of Impact Water Products, consisting of Judy Guan, Allan Horner, Jerry Horner, and Victor Chu, will remain with the organization. They will continue to operate out of the Ontario, Calif., office, ensuring a seamless transition and continued commitment to serving customers.
