Buyers willing to pay more for a house with photovoltaics

Researchers led by the Lawrence Berkeley Laboratory say that home purchasers will pay more for a house that comes with a photovoltaic system. Researchers studied sales records of nearly 23,000 homes and concluded that buyers are willing to pay an average of $15,000 more for a house with PVs.
