Houzz, an online remodeling and design platform, recently opened applications for its annual Houzz Scholarship Program. The program offers $2,500 scholarships in five categories, which include: Women in Architecture, Residential Design, Sustainable Residential Design, Residential Construction Management, and Skilled Trades. The scholarships are open to students studying interior design, architecture, landscape architecture, architectural engineering, construction management, or the skilled trades. To apply, students must submit a brief essay about their design influences and create a Houzz student profile to display their portfolio. The deadline to apply is March 31, 2025.
“Houzz supports building, remodeling and design students through Houzz Scholarships, free student subscriptions to our industry-leading project management and design software, Houzz Pro, and guides to getting started in the industry, as they pursue their education and prepare for the job market,” said Liza Hausman, vice president of Industry Marketing at Houzz. “Our 2024 scholarship applicants were awarded for their passion for the built environment, early experiences in the field and plans to make their mark on the industry. We are honored to help them along their journey and look forward to their contributions to the industry.”
