Wanda Headley, the supply-chain planning and fulfillment manager at LP Building Solutions—and one of the company’s longest-serving female employees with nearly four decades of experience—has been recognized as a 2025 Women MAKE Awards Honoree by The Manufacturing Institute. The national award celebrates women in science, technology, engineering, and production who demonstrate exceptional leadership within their organizations and communities.
Headley was chosen for her mentorship and leadership contributions to the industry. According to LP, she has played a major role in guiding the company through changes, training employees at nearly every LP mill in North America, improving product quality, and successfully launching new products.
