Fill All Insulating Foam Sealant from Tytan can be used in all general gap-filling applications, from ¼ inch to 3 inches, without losing adhesion or effectiveness. Compared with other products, it offers 15 to 25 percent more yield, shrinks less, and will not overexpand, according to the manufacturer. The sealant can be cut after 1 hour and cures in 6 hours. It takes 24 hours to fully cure, after which it can be cut, sanded, or painted.
