Roughly 20% of homebuilders say they are likely to use aerial drones within the next three years, according to a National Association of Home Builders/Wells Fargo Housing Market Index survey.
Some 41% of builders with 100 unit starts or more said they would use drones within that time period. Drones give construction managers the ability to monitor construction sites, take photos, collect information, and send that information to the project managers or design team.
