It is the second year in a row that values have appreciated in all of the Las Vegas Valley ZIP codes, the Las Vegas Review-Journal reports.
The average home price grew by double-digits in 2014. Median prices across the valley rose 10 percent in 2014, a rate less than half of the 24 percent increases the market experienced in 2012 and 2013.
Neighborhoods on the east side of the valley, hit hardest during the Recession, saw some of the biggest average price jumps.
