Housing markets like Dallas and San Antonio are getting too hot for investors who buy single-family homes as rental properties, National Real Estate Investor reports.
These markets are popular for investors to buy and rent out single-family homes because of the long-term demand for housing in these job-booming metros. “Institutional investors have really migrated to fast-growing Southern markets,” CoreLogic Deputy Chief Economist Sam Khater tells National Real Estate Investor.
