Denver Houses are Becoming Harder to Find

Denver’s housing market has taken off in part because, as compared to last year, 16 percent fewer homes are for sale in the city, according to The Denver Business Journal.

Less affluent homebuyers are trying even harder to buy a home. Compared to last year, 38 percent fewer homes in the lowest-priced category are for sale.

Charlotte, N.C., has seen the biggest drop in homes for sale. The city has 39 percent fewer total houses and 48 percent fewer bottom price tier houses on the market.
