While many existing showers are enclosed on four sides, have thick glass doors or are equipped with both a liner and shower curtain, one of the newest bathroom styles is open showers.
Apartment Therapy highlighted the concept and 10 others in a piece on bathroom trends. To achieve a minimalist look, open showers either do not have a barrier from the rest of the bathroom, or feature a single pane of glass.
Other popular bathroom designs include hexagonal tiles, shower tubs, sink cabinets that look like furniture and gold fixtures, which provide an elegant feel.
