According to a new study, Florida is the least prepared yet most vulnerable to the dangers that come with climate change.
In a new report by Climate Central and consulting firm ICF International, Florida is at risk for droughts, wildfires, inland flooding, and extreme heat. Yet there hasn’t been much infrastructural planning and policy-making to address this.
In contrast, California is also projected to face grave risks, but gets a good grade in the report overall because of the state’s preparedness.
